If You're a First Home Buyer...

If you haven't owned a home before, you will be eligible for the First Home Owners Grant.

The grant is dropping back to $15,000 at the end of June, so if you are in this category, you will need to act fast.

Add to that, deposit funding of up to $30,000, and you have up to $50,000 to go towards your new home.


If You've Owned A Home Before...

If you've owned a home before, you won't be eligible for the first home owner's grant. But don't give up, because we may still be able to help you. We assess each of our second home buyer clients on a case by case basis, so if your figures work, there's a good chance we can get you into your own home.
